Emily Found Stability

Emily decided she no longer wanted the turbulence occurring in her home every time her husband was out of jail and living at home with her and her children. The last time he assaulted her and went to jail, she determined she would make it on her own.

Since working with the Victim Assistance Coordinator, she enrolled her children in counseling, caught up on her housing expenses, and renewed her license to work as a hair stylist.

She is glad to have emotional and mental stability at home and hopes to be able to find a job soon to fully support her family financially.
