Permission from pastor: Email verification by Pastor or Admin Assistant to Elisa at molivas@ccdenver.org.

Time allotment: 2 week increments - Pickup/drop off days are Fridays.

Location:  Near the altar, not in a high traffic area, 3 feet in diameter of open floor for protection    (suggestion: perimeter of potted flowers).

Moving:  No one other than our team may move the statue in any way - statue weighs 140 pounds.

Touching or Handling:  As with any piece of Fine Art, this statue will be damaged by oils on the human body - therefore it will not be permitted to touch or kiss the statue.  The statue can only be touched by our handlers using gloves.

Photographs: We request photographs of events, families, children praying by the statue from each location where she travels.  They should be emailed to: molivas@ccdenver.org within 2 weeks of her visit to your parish or school.

Advance announcements: Parish bulletins/ pulpit announcements 2 weeks prior should include notification of visit, events related to the visit (suggestions: extra evening Masses for those who cannot make daily Mass, Adoration Hour, Special Rosary times…).

Sample announcements:  Beginning next week, a newly commissioned beautiful statue of Our Lady of Fatima will be visiting our parish / school for 2 weeks. She will be traveling to our over 100 parishes and 37 schools. Her presence will be a reminder for family prayer and enjoying saying the Rosary together.  Please plan to attend our special Masses and times of Adoration - come and pray with her for an end to abortion and persecuted Christians worldwide.  The family that prays together - stays together!

Family Movie Night: Accompanying the Fatima statue is the Fatima Movie.  We encourage each parish to host a movie night with popcorn for parish families.  The statue and movie travel together.

Transportation: 2019 Regional availability is as follows -

Northern Colorado - January through May

Western Slope - May through June

Eastern Plains - July through August

Denver - September through December

Gather/Send us Stories: Each location is responsible to collect and send us human interest stories from her visit, spiritual events, even miracles!  Please send by email to: molivas@ccdenver.org

Weather: Drivers may reserve the right to cancel or change drop off/pick up times due to inclement weather.

Additional Suggestions: Place a book of prayer requests in front of the statue; Family photo ops with the statue; Clergy/Principal/DRE offer a Family Rosary Night with light refreshments afterwards.
