The Longmont Community Foundation gave a grant for the first time to Marisol Health during an annual grants breakfast and award ceremony.
Jenny Langness, Marisol Health program director in Lafayette, attended the breakfast and accepted the grant on April 7 at The Plaza Event Center.
“It’s exciting when the community recognizes that we’re offering valuable care to women and families,” Langness said. “Anytime the community supports what we do—it’s a win for everyone. We’re grateful to the Longmont Community Foundation for their support.”
Langness said the Marisol Health clinic in Lafayette serves many clients from Longmont. The grant will support its services to women and families in need. Marisol Health’s network of medical centers are fully equipped to help women make informed decisions about their reproductive health. The staff embraces individuals and families in need with life-affirming medical care and social services.
