12 locations across Northern Colorado reflects partnership of parishes with Catholic Charities
Denver, CO — (August 10, 2021) — Marisol Family, which has provided material assistance and support services to expectant moms and families with young children in Northern Colorado since 2009, is the new brand and name of the Marisol Family.
“The name has changed, but the mission remains the same,” said Kalynn Webster, director of Marisol Family, which provides families with diapers, wipes, formula, baby supplies, young children’s clothing and family education programming.
The 12 Marisol Family locations — in Denver, Boulder, Lakewood, Fort Collins, Silverthorne, Eagle and Fort Morgan — are typically housed in Catholic parishes where families who need a hand up can receive critical resources, assistance and referrals.
Marisol Family is part of the Marisol Services continuum of care, which offers a full range of health, safety and support services. Marisol Health supports women’s healthcare needs and Marisol Homes provides safe shelter for single women with children as they get back on their feet.
Whether a couple, single parent, foster family or grandparent, Marisol Family serves everyone with respect and dignity. When families arrive at Marisol Family locations, staff and volunteers work with them to assess needs and provide the materials and support needed.
